Quick Question: Getting a negative without reasoning/justification...

got a quick question though, what do you do if someone has given you a negative without valuable proof, but just gave it to you for like being mad at them?


Anyways, heres the story...
I had a guy powerlevel a toon of mine on my account, he got the account banned for botting. I sorta got pissed off and "yelled" at him... But technically it wasnt yelling (I'd call it pissed off typing???-cuz it wasnt like done verbally through a phone, it was done through AIM). Anyways as a result he gave me a negative... It's not like i totally tore him a new arshole... I just let him know how pissed I was. Asked him if he'd replace my keys but he didnt. He just gave me a negative. The point being, I dont rightfully deserve the neg and he has no definite proof of me deserving it in the first place.

Is it possible the negatives can be taken off because I did not commit any offense according to Markee Dragon site rules that I am aware of?
