Question regarding posting a offer

I would like to post a offer.
In the offer i would offer to pay a persons transfer fee's to my server in exchange for them to have a short 1 month trial period in my guild after which they could leave if they weren't happy.
What forum would this go into and is this against your rules?
The game is world of warcraft.
