Alright. Defiantly just depends on who you talk to.
I called and talked to a nice guy. He asked for my first and last name.
-You want to tell him the first/last name associated with the original WoW account. Also when he asks for a current email, give him the old wow account email from the original account, not the b.net account email... unless they are the same
-He asked what is going on, I explained that its either hit or miss trying to log on with my email. I posted in support on the blizzard forums and got a blue post saying to call and request to unmerge my account.
-He asked why the names were different on the b.net account and the original wow account, I explained that he(Name on b.net account) was an old room mate of mine and did not have the ability to pay on his own so I paid for him using my credit card. He said oh
-While he was looking through information I made small talk, telling him the reason I was calling was he(my old room mate... yeh) just called and was told to have me call since I was the name on the original account. Also what is causing him to have errors logging in... he said it might be a firewall blah blah..
-He then asked my secret question and I replied with the secret answer. He said alright, the account is unmerged and password reset sent to original email(the email that is registered to the WoW account not the B.net account)
Side note: I have tried this twice now and honestly I think alot of it has to do with the Rep you are talking to.
