Question before trade

Say I trade for a xferable character then xfer it to another account is there any chance the OO can recall the character and if so how can I prevent this? (Ex. get the original account banned)

no, this is how one of my level 60s was scamed. The other this that can happen is the owner reports it stolen and the account gets perma banned, and he dosnt get his toon back.
