What rules are active if i perform a action "off-site"?

We punish scammers from any sites we find them on.

We don't punish people, typically, for the services we don't allow - the photoshopping and the like unless they've been previously warned.

Only scamming and illegal actions like fake IDs or sending people viruses are punishable if done off-site.
