QUestion about selling

I'm not new to trading at all, but selling to people I dont know is something I havent done yet. So heres the question (correct me where I'm wrong)

I sell an account, they pay through paypal.
They xfer the guy and secure it.
They "recall" their paypal payment?

Is that the scam? And what can I do in that situation or prevent this type of thing? Currently tryin to sell an account any info is appreciated.

I guess basically to sum it up is when I sell my account what steps other then the usual searches/talking ect can I take to prevent a payment from being recalled on me?

If they use a credit card, there is not protection.
If they use funds, ask them to put "Virtual Goods" as a comment. That's usually ok.
