Purchased bold title, but it's not bold.

I have bold thread title purchased on this thread, but for some reason the title is not bold. Can you please check?

Go to Shop > My Inventory and make sure your items are activated.

Exclusive: No
Expiry: Never

How expiry is set to Never but it's not active? I never deactivated it. When I purchased the bold title there was no expiry date.

It's not active. Just click "Settings" and active it.

This most likely was caused when we transitioned from the old website to the new one.

Oh okay I didn't know I can change it. Now I changed it and it works.
Another thing I noticed now is that I have it purchased twice for the same thread even though the expiration of this perk is Never.
How come that I was able to purchase this again? I didn't mean to pay for it twice and the system should not allow this in my opinion. Is it possible to cancel one of them and get a refund for the used the credits since I have the same perk already purchased which does the exact same thing?
