Good day,

Can you provide clarification on the maximum dimensions allowed for the profile banner? I'm experiencing difficulty uploading my own banner; an error message keeps appearing. I tried using (1280x720) dimensions, but it's still not working. Additionally, could you inform me of the maximum file size (in MB) allowed for the banner? i'm attempting to upload a GIF.

There is no set size, it will resize if you upload too large of an image.

The problem you're having is because it's a gif. The gif you're using has too many frames and can't complete the upload process.

When a gif is uploaded, the system will re-save every frame as a normal image and resized each image so it will display correctly. If your gif has a lot of frames, it will not be able to complete the process.

Please use a gif with less frames.

You should try to upload it here https://gifyu.com/ and then use the URL tag it will give you. That worked for me in the past.
