Yep. It should be one time payment at least when we first bought it the description of product said it was a one time payment. If rule changes, it shouldn't affect the legacy account.

So far I saw 3 people lose the tags, Somaliaasky, OGEdge and Logisticz, It's probably a bug and when a admin will come on they will put it back on.
We processed the Premium Pro Sellers on Monday because it seems many upgrades were expired, but failed to be removed automatically. The Premium Pro Seller life-time upgrade was cheaper at one point, but many year ago and only for one year.
I was trying to find out when that was, but based on News/Announcement forum I could only find this one thread about it from 2010 that shows we only had a 6 months and 1 year plan.

However based on our payment logs, these prices were only available for about a month. By May 2010 it seems we switched to Lifetime plans at $175.
When upgrades were being removed, I also checked payments for members and if the payment was not $175, it was not lifetime, so your upgrade was removed. The $175 lifetime was only available from May 2010 to May 2011. Since May 2011 the cost was $400 for lifetime.
If I made a mistake and you see a $175 (May 2010 - May 2011) or $400 (May 2011 to now) payment, please message me and I can restore the upgrade to your account. If it was for a different amount, then it was not lifetime and you will have to repurchase. Sorry.
