Problem with changing my username

Hello EpicNpc, I have problem with changing my username it says im not allowed to change anymore but i have not reached the limit? What could be the problem? Thank you in advance for the help!

You can only change your username by purchasing the username change item in the store.

I had 10 attempts to change it and i used only 6/10 times, after this the option suddenly disappeared :?

At one time username changes were free, but that was a long time ago. They haven't been free in over a year at least.

I don't know how you used to be able to do it, maybe I forgot to disable that option, but you shouldn't have been able to change it even then. it's only purchasable through the store.
