Power Leveling on my main account question

I usually buy power level for a seperate account and then transfer the character onto my main account , just to be safe. But now my character is 76 on my main account and I'm considering power leveling this character to 80 , perhaps one of those hand-leveling deals.
Would this be a safe thing to do ? I mean since I use this account normally and they have my IP i guess ? Would blizzard find it suspicious that suddenly its a different IP. I just mainly really dont want this account to get banned when I just want a few levels.

wait 2-3 days and dont log in before you give it to the powerlevelers. there is nothing in the EULA that states you cannot travel to another location to play wow.

most services here on MD use a virtual private network or proxies to mask their IP to look like US ones
