Possible Scammer: Level4Hire (AIM) Tries to use Western Union

Has a lame excuse as to why his PayPal is locked, if anyone encounters him again on that username try telling him that you want to wait until it becomes "unlocked" after he's sent in his "photo IDs," and see if you ever hear from him again. I've never heard of PayPal asking for a photo ID either, just a bank account number to become a verified member.

Its limited access [censored] i told you i can provide screenshots. In order to regain normal access to my paypal i have to Fax in a government issued photo ID, confirm my social security number, and allow them to charge $1.90 to my bank account. I have already allowed them the charge the money to my bank accnt, and confirmed my social security. all i have to do now is fax in my photo ID and ill be able to send/receive money again. Like I said i am willing to provide a screenshot to show you what was wrong with my paypal..But no because i wanted to use western union im a scammer.
