@EpicNPC CM Hello. Thanks for your action. but I don't understand what "negatives" mean. He wrongly accused me of doing something I did not do and he admit it.
Isn't it supposed to be "removed" instead of making it "neutral"?

The only way negatives are removed is if they are false as in given to the wrong person or a trade never happened.

It is changed to neutral when there is an initial issue with an order, which is then later resolved.
