Please remove my negative comment

I am working with seller to try and resolve the problem we encountered. I have still lost the account I bought - likely due to a previous owner not having the account unlinked, or using OG info change information and PW's, but the seller is trying to help resolve and I cannot blame him for the loss.

Please remove my negative comment and the down vote/ negative feedback to his account.

We don't delete negatives, we change them to neutral.

It has been changed.
