I have a question, how long does it usally take for a charcter to transfer and if the addres and email are diff does it matter? plz respond

and this is for 2 diff accounts.

Long as the (Last)name on the accounts are the same it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Sometimes it takes an hour.Sometimes a day!

The address and email don't matter, but the account has to have the same last name as the one you are transferring from. It usually takes about an hour but the times varies.
I am also moving this to the " Safe buying & trading" section.

So you transferred the character to a new account almost three days ago and still nothing? Something must have A) Gone wrong or B) Not been completed by you.
So to recap, you bought a fresh account, set it up with the exact same name as your current account, moved the character to to the new account and completed it and paid the $25? Have you received any emails during the process?

yea bought a fresh acc tbc enabled,paid 25, move the charcter said it was waitng for approve/pending and no emails sir been 3 days what should do =(

I haven't heard of that before. They could just be having a slow transfer period, or unfortunately they think something is suspicious with your account. I would email them to see whats up.

i will, at the begining it said 1-4 days so ill wait till toamrrow but i wouldn't believe it would take 4 days! thats ridic

Thats a lot longer than usual to be honest, I have never had to wait over more than 2 hours for mine. But, if it does say 1-4 days they might literally be taking that long at the moment, I wouldn't worry too much, they did state that time length at the beginning.

just as a note. check your transfer status on the www.worldofwarcraft.com/account page

blizzard has this really stupid system where you have to manually press TRANSFER on the page after they verify your credit card and character (takes 1-2 hours). maybe it has just been idle for all time.

for my very first account transfer, i waited a bleeding week...

ahhhhh bones you got in thanks man, the problem is the o.o is on vacation i think thats the problem sigh i have to wait a while -_- but thanks man its that fersure

you do not need the OO's email. rather, you just need access to his account to press the "AUTHORIZE TRANSFER" button on the transfer page : )

i was stuck with this problem for quite a while and was rather ticked until a realized.

yea im extremly ticked right now, i paid him and still no char, wish i had his info but i dont. I dont know hwat im gonna do
