playerauctions.com is it legit?

Sorry if this has been posted before (did a search and found nothing relevant) but a friend pointed me to playerauctions.com to sell my account and I was looking for some feedback on it. Is it safe? Is there any hidden fees? Any bad experiences?

I would say they are legit, but aren't in the same aspect, they have god awful customer serverice, and good luck if you buy an account, and it gets recalled your **** out of luck

They claim to be like a middleman service, and guarantee they won't get your account recalled. But when it gets recalled, you have to prove it was recalled. Since you don't get an email saying it was recalled, you have no proof, and thus lose your money and the account.

IMO - no, it's not legit. I have had more then one customer come to me and tell me they were scammed that way from player auctions. Buy from a trustwho verified seller instead.

I'm on the seller side of things so account getting recalled isn't much of an issue. Just been getting frustrated lately with the amount of scams floating around and the amount of time waisted on them. If they can sell the account safely and at a decent price I welcome them with open arms.

I have only used them to sell accounts and have had no problems what so ever with thier company for 2 years.
Only side note is you wait a few days for the money if you are the seller.

Do not touch these guys. They wasted 2 days first telling me there was a problem at my end, and to check Paypal/bank. Then admitting it was their problem, and asking me to cancel and resubmit.

Then finally I get a call from 1am from a barely audible Indian callcentre asking me for my passport ! Would you send a goldseller your passport - seriously ! When I refused the muppets then deleted my account for policy violation. Too late to sort everything out, I lost the deal there

Did I mention the waste of time in getting 3 other ID validations (phonex2, plus validated Paypal) and the fact they insist on passport ID, don’t accept credit cards (I assume someone else doesn’t trust them!), and call you at stupid times with ridiculous requests.

Two days of hell. Dont even think of going there, ever.

For just buying gold, you probably won't run into problems, but gameusd.com is cheaper than playerauctions since their price went up.
