We've made a significant update to our phone verification process. Members can now manager their own phone numbers via their 'Account Details' page.

From there member's will be able to see part of their phone number and change it if they need to. However this change is limited to once every 30 days.
For account recovery purposes, if a phone number is changed and that change is within 30 days, we will request the user verify their old phone number instead of the new one. If that's not possible a support ticket will have to be created.
