Are we allowed to have our own terms of service? If so is it valid or is it ignored in terms of anything such as another user selling what they bought from you. If a user reports an issue can we use our t.o.s to back up anything? with proof of course

Sellers can have their own warranties and TOS. However if a dispute is opened, we might not always honor the TOS if we think it's deceptive or very unfair.
