hi , is there some requirement for an MM to pick my trade? its been more than 1 day since the buyer of my account paid the MM fee and still no MM picked our trade ,any help ? transaction code 38391

Never mind. We finished the trade without MM since we waited a lot and none showed. I hope you can help my account buyer get back the money he spent on MM fee

Sometimes when a thread is marked as "sold" MM will see that and think the transaction was already completed. So they're less likely to claim the transaction when the sale thread is marked as "sold".

Go to Trade Guardian in the top menu and click "Active Transactions" then click "Cancel".

Full refund will be issued for the fee within 24 hrs of cancellation.

No no we waited like 1 day and half since the fee is paid. But the buyer got fed up and told me to do it without MM. That's why today after we finished the trade I marked it as Sold. But for 1 day and half it wasn't marked *sold* and still no MM claimed it

I apologize. I'm not sure why a MM didn't claim it. I'll have to ask them to find out. Sorry.
