Hello, im live in Ukraine and not abble to use paypal for anything and my last trade canceled cause buyer from Japan have only paypal.
Any tips what should i do? Everytime use donationalerts systems for streamers is not exit

I've heard that some Ukrainians and/or Russians use an exchanger of some sort to exchange money from Paypal to Webmoney etc

Obviously, there is a conversion rate, so for example every $1 paypal may equate to $0.9 Webmoney

buyer cant send me money on paypal account, we tried with last buyer 2 accounts of paypal verifed and new that doesnt matter . Last MM say me about UA sellers will use it somehow but i rly cant do nothing, i've tried a lot of times

Thats unfortunate. I guess you cant trade with anyone that is using paypal then (which is most). I honestly dont know, hopefully someone else could help you.

ill make 1 deal with donationalerts with US buyer, but last japan buyer cant do that with same paypal donation, they roll back hes 100$ and he cancel deal after 7 hours of tries))
I miss what do u mean with stealth acc but if u speak about vpn that doesnt work)
