PayPal scam

I will admit as my first time trading I fell victim to the PayPal scam. He had my first and last name, and SQA. I called Blizzard got them to change the account back to my email (told them I sent account to wrong email) and they did and I have account back now. My question is he doesn't have my telephone number so he cannot get the account back without telling them the number he is calling from correct?
