PayPal dispute question

I had an account recalled on me, and I noticed that the seller is unverified now, most likely withdrew the money and removed their bank account from paypal. Any chance of getting money back? I understand that I'll most likely win the dispute, but not sure about recovering actual $$$.

If you win the dispute then you will get your money back in your paypal account and the seller will have a negative balance. Make sure you submit info about the sale to paypal to win the dispute.

If you do win then the money is yours and the seller will have to eventually pay off his negative balance.
