What is the dispute about? Buyer filed a Paypal chargeback Case after 10 days of purchase, even though the account is delivered successfully. I am also unable to reach buyer on discord to resolve problem.

I saw this at 1am and so far I have time to reply
I saw that the seller accused me of fraud before knowing my answer 😅 it seems disrespectful to me, I don't want to have any more dealings with him

I do understand your situation. I did try contacting you on discord but it seemed like you unfriended me. Additionally, there is a case opened on Paypal which is a chargeback opened by your bank.

The buyer has offered to return the account back. However, sales is final since the buyer's email is now binded to the account.

Before the account was in new condition without any email binds. Right now, there's no way to remove the email bind on this account.

I would appreciate if buyer can keep the account and ask the bank to stop the PayPal chargeback.

Technically the account was not in new condition 🤨 it was hacked, the entire map unlocked, the statues at maximum level, the entire abyss with the characters less than level 40, being that you need level 80+ to pass, also in the post it says "level 5-10" and ended up delivering a hacked Ebay account at level 33 🤨 If you are concerned about the email you can change it from the Mihoyo center
 
Please check chat history. I did mention to you the account will be Ar 33 before the purchase which you agreed on. Secondly, you are saying the account is hacked? I asked you to check before and you were satisfied about everything in the account. You agreed to this transaction fully than asked your bank for a refund? If it was hacked, why didn't you mention it when it was first delivered?

Before I delivered you this account, there was no email binded to the account clean binds. Since now you binded the email to yours, I could rebind it to another email but I can't fully remove it.

The sale was final because you binded your email and also claimed that everything was okay about the account.

At the time of entering the account I did not notice it, until several days later 🙃 and as I said, I did not ask for the refund, it was a relative 🙃 And I repeat, if he hadn't accused me of fraud, I would have settled the matter.
And as I said, you can change the email, I can even give you the email that I created for the account

So your saying you didn't notice it? Please prove that the account is hacked because it was in good condition when it was in my hands. I did message you on both discord and EpicNpc and you responded after 2 days on EpicNpc which I opened the case before then. As I said, I am not willing to give you refund as you already binded your email. I require the account to be clean bind, meaning there must be no email binds.

Please settle this manner nicely. I only opened this case due to you not responding to me on Epicnpc and not being to message you on discord. As I said before, please contact your bank and stop the chargeback.
 
@Kuyasvixen why do you simply not stop Paypal dispute instead to try to return an obviously used account?
