provide invoices
supplier contact info
organization and payment information
fax information about your business
provide proof of delivery


i can only give the ones checked, i can't provide the rest because i was dealing with virtual goods and not tangible goods, so i don't have any of those things ( e.g. proof of delivery )

will they unlimit my paypal account if i only provide the first 4?

Also, how much are they limiting your account? my account was "limited" but the only thing that changed is I can't close the account now nothing else

When this happened to me I sent an email to them with basically the same questions (however I only had to send in ID, proof of residence, and social security card). They still have not responded to the email, its been weeks...

I dont think you can fight it to be honest. I am an ebay seller of probably a 100 items. I probably made 500 total buy/sell transactions on paypal. I got scammed once and opened dispute(in progress). I sold "intangible" items probably twice(however didnt have dispute.) I had problem with software and disputed it and got money back once. So overall I opened 2 disputes and I had a dispute opened for something I sold that person didnt read instructions for(I even resold it and got positive feedback.)

Long story short.
In 500+ paypal transactions
2 disputes against people.
1 dispute against me.
They hold all money I get for 21 days......

yea it happened after the caffeen scam

i called in and asked if it was ok that i just send in the 4 documents, and the guy said send it in and we'll see what we can do for you, so hopefully it works out

good luck man, I'm actually dealing with a limit for a very stupid reason... I applied for the paypal debit card for a 2nd time and they limited my account asking for identity verification... lol... I'll update this when i resolve this for a potential time on resolving paypal limit reviews

I sent in the 4 documents and my appeal got denied, so now i have to wait 180 days for my cash lol
