Path of Exile : Safe to buy Exalts with level 45 character in Legacy league?

I'm interested in buying exalt orbs in Legacy league for the game Path of Exile, but my highest level character in Legacy is only lvl 45. I have level 90+ character in standard but need some in Legacy.


Is it safe to buy exalts with this lvl 45 character and what's the most I should purchase?


Also another question, is it better to put rare or unique items in trade window? I saw someone on PlayerAuctions say on their ad not to put Unique items in window? Is it safer to drop items on the ground instead

You probably aren't in any danger. I've had huge one-sided trades for non-RMT related reasons and I was never even questioned by GGG support.
I don't think adding junk really has an effect.
