I have +500 booster packs for sale, which are delivered directly in ptcgo client :

• 200 Vivid Voltage Packs - $0.3 each
• 100 Darkness Ablaze Packs - $0.20 each
• 100 Champions Path Packs - $0.18 each
• +300 packs from other expansions

If you are going to buy bigger amount of packs i can give some discount.
Also i have completed (60 cards) metagame decks for standard and expanded :

Of course you can request your original deck. Price on decks are negotiable, depending if you need full deck or you are just missing couple cards to finish that deck. You can order even 1 specific card.
