Outages - March 10th - Forced Password Reset

Our webhost and network provider experienced a major outage yesterday which caused our site to be down for about 10 hours, from approximately 8:00 am to 6:20 pm EST. I apologize to everyone for the downtime.

Update: We are doing a forced password reset for everyone due to last Thusday's outage.

Our network provider Staminus.net was attacked and hacked last week, which caused the outage, and while it has only been confirmed that Staminus's own customer database was accessed, we are airing on the side of caution and requiring everyone to reset their passwords.

The site runs slow for me and I often get the Error 522 timed out page. :(
 
Try clearing your browsers cookies and cache. There might be some error pages cached.

The site has been loading fine for me for the last few hours. I haven't notified any slowness. That said our host has not yet full recovered from the outage yesterday and they are still making repairs to their network, so it's possible this is what is causing your issue.

Give it another day and everything should be back to normal.
 
I'm still experiencing heavy problems, maybe even worse than yesterday.
Cleared cache, flushed dns, restarted router. Some pages take 20-30 seconds to load and then give the timed out cloud flare page. :(

Also, I don't think I accessed EpicNPC at all from this PC while it was done.

Is anyone else experiencing long page loads or timeouts? I've connected from 3 different networks and have not experience any issues since we came back up on late Thursday. I haven't received any reports from anyone else either.

I checked our firewalls for your IP and it's not listed.

Guessing I would say it could be our network provider's firewall that's blocking you somewhere. I sent them your IP to check. I'll let you know once I get a reply.
 
I have problems with loading EpicNpc, too slow and i got Error 522

It might be region issue, you're both from Serbia.

Unfortunately there's nothing I can do at this time. Our host and network provider are still recovering from the outage from Thursday. I'm contemplating moving to a new host, but something like this will take time if we decide to move.

I could still be. Serbia and Russia and both higher-risk countries when it comes to internet traffic.

At this time, my hands are tied, there's nothing I can do to resolve this issue for those having connections problems, so we'll just have to wait.

Most likely we'll be moving to a new host provider in the next 2-3 months.
 
Problems are gone since yesterday!
