Old Thread Tittle Enhancements not working.

Hello , today after some time I loged again in my EpicNPC account and I found out that my old Thread Tittle Enhancements which I purchased long ago are not working anymore.
When I clearly understand that some things changed here I need to also mention that for these 3 items I purchased and I can't find anymore in my inventory I paid 40 cash (USD $)

I can't use these 3 items anymore to change the appearance of my threads but since I paid 40 USD / $ I would like to know if I can receive to my account the equivalent in credits or some kind of reimbursement so I can use these to buy the new others Thread Tittle Enhancements.
(according to the new system 40 USD = 5000 Credits)

Thank you anticipated for any resolutions or answers to my problem here and I hope for some positive answers regarding this.

You could choose to get 100% of it back in credits or 20% refund in paypal from what i read because it was over a year ago

Also thank you for the link , and sorry I missed that announcement and I didn't checked all forums sections regarding this.

Posting now there and hopefully i can be refunded 100 % credits so i can use them for others Thread Tittle Enhancements.
