I haven't really used the site much, and have a problem already.
(1) Responded to a Star Citizen account for sale, requested a PayPal invoice.
(2) I received the invoice, paid it, and waited.
(3) Seller leaves me a PM here saying they "forgot" the fees, and wants another $10 (presumably "gifted") for a "commission".
(4) I PM'd back, told him fee's were his responsibility, that I wasn't going to pay more, especially by fee dodge/gift.
(5) I asked that they complete the sale (email the login etc) or refund me through PayPal in 24 hrs.
(6) It's been well over 24hr's, and no response/PM/email etc.
