Notification delay

Hello,
it seems that i get notifications about personal messages or offer to buy after significant delay (for example last PM notification arrived after 30 mins of its writing). That significantly hinders communication between parties.
Is there a way to sped it up?

Are you referring to browser push notifications or notifications in the top right in the "Chat" and "Alerts" area?

The top right notifications should always be instant. Push notifications should also have a max delay of 60 seconds, but sometimes there's service interruption and it's delayed longer.

We currently use a 3rd party for push notifications, but after the planned update (soon) we'll be using our own push notification system, so they will be instant.

Push notifications are very buggy for me and I also get them with large delays or not at all. The provider was decent before but over time they've become very unreliable.

Emails are almost always instant, at least when using gmail, which is what I'm currently using for PMs.

I also have similar problem, usually if someone messages me I got email on my gmail, but sometimes they are no email at all, but when I open epicnpc, I saw there are several PM there..

do I need change settings on my preferences because it's not delay but not even get the email notification..

Yes, the browser push notifications have been inconsistent for a while, this is why we plan to use our own system soon.

Emails should also be instant.
