I had originally bought this Sky account back in June of 2023 from Cenco. Everything was fine and well, great service from Cenco, up until a month later I come to realize the ‘original owner’ of this Sky account did not sign out of their Google account and was still able to log in, change the Sky kids’ clothes, and was even adding friends to the constellation. Therefore, the account I had purchased was being accessed by another player (the original owner). I had let Cenco be made aware of the issue around July-August of 2023, and he kept on making me think it was “impossible” and did not provide me with no answer nor solution as to WHY this was happening in the first place. The account ended up getting banned a little later after that and I lost access to the account completely. I still have no answer as to why that happened; Could be because of the original owner. Cenco never reached out again nor checked up on me to make sure everything was okay. Very sad. It’s been MANY months later, but I will leave this feedback for other buyers to be made aware of this issue. ALWAYS ask if the original owner of the Sky account HAS SIGNED OUT of their Google Play accounts. Incredibly disappointed.
