New to Buying account Need help!!!!!

So I'm new to this buying account process and I have a few questions.
How do I go about to deal with it after I paid for the account ?
Is it possible to transfer it to a new account ? What kind of info do I need from the original account in order to transfer it ? I hear I only need the same last name from the other account ? Can someone tell me in detail how to do this ?

edit : I also want to ask about changing email and other contact info.
Can I do this through the change contact info in the website ? Will that cause problems for me ?

- Well, make sure all the info you get is legit before you pay for an account, but afterward you would want to put it on a fresh account.

- Yes, if xfer is up and you have the last name.

- Buy the account w/ correct info. Then make a trial account with the name of the main account. Then upgrade the trial. After you're done upgrading Original WoW, it will bring you to a Subscription page where it will ask to put in your CC or Paypal info. When you get there, just close all windows and don't put any info in. Go back to the WoW site and log in, then upgrade to BC. Now, you have your new account made. Then go to your bought account, manage account, log in, paid character transfer, click on server, choose your character, move your character, check move to different account box then move character. Then you're pretty much done.

PS. The reason for the trial account is so you get a free month without putting any cc/paypal info. Also, it's always good to not put any personal info cause that might flag blizz. And, always use game cards.
