Negative feedback

I have received a strange feedback from a guy claiming that I'm a scammer, we didn't even trade so I wonder how he would rate me as a scammer, simply he contacted me saying he wanna sell an account for 300$ then later he reduced the price to 100$!!! So I felt he is a scammer and Ignored him and removed him from skype. Even in the feedback he wrote a scammer then in the description he wrote waste of time he don't reply to message. I can even send screenshots of our conversation nothing at all to prove that I'm a scammer. another guys as well (most probably the same guy) offered another strange offer and mostly he is trying to scam as well so I ignored him on skype as well.

I don't think ignoring probable scammers would mean I'm a scammer.

its been removed. Its clear from the comments and feedback no sale occured and feedback is not allowed to be given if there was no sale/trade.
