Hello was looking for some help on this little problem i have i sold an account on 8/27/16 were i was going to received half of the money first and then the second half on a later date, so i received the first half of the money so i let the account go and now the problem is that the person i made the deal with won't answer my emails i've been try to contact him for the last two weeks with no luck so i wondering what to do?

I Still Have the Original email to the account so i can recover it but was wondering if that the correct way of going about my problem??

Trying using the Active Disputes section to make a dispute. EpicNPC/SMOD team are fair with judgement and will help guide you with instruction.
 
Yes, please create a dispute thread first. We'll attempt to contact the buyer and resolve this. If they don't, then you can recover your account and refund the partial payment you received.
