Need negative feedback removed

I received negative from a person I sold an account to. He didn't get back to me, i tried to PM him on both EpicNPC and Skype but he never came up online.

I gave up on trying to sell on EpicNPC as having 1 negative makes the buyers not trust me. Would appreciate your help solving this.

Sorry, but you need to dispute the feedback when it's given, not 9 months later. synip was still active here 11 days after he gave you feedback, so I'm not sure why you didn't do anything back then.

You need to contact synip to resolve the issue or prove that his statement is false.

Im trying to contact him and I can't. Doesn't come up online on both skype and doesn't answer EpicNPC PM's.

synip hasn't been online here since Jan 25th, 2014, which is why this should have been disputed when you received it on Jan 14th. I can't just remove feedback because he doesn't reply after you wait 9 month.

I email notified synip, however if he doesn't reply I won't be able to remove it.

Now I'm stuck with a negative because I left the business for some months? This will make me unable to keep going

I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. If I removed it then everyone with an old negative feedback can say it's untrue and ask for it to be removed also. I can't just remove neg feedbacks because they're old.

Checking your account I also see you were posting again March 9th, less than 2 months after you got the negative feedback. You could have disputed it 7 months ago.
