I have submitted my ID and paid 10 usd through paypal and waited 24 hours and I'm still not verfied

Do not close the window after the Paypal paymemt. You need to click the link back to return to EpicNPC where you have to complete the final step. You should have already received a refund, so you'll need to resubmit the form.
