Need help with this! Maybe scammer ?

I just received a message of a guy sending me this.(Hey, I'm looking for someone who can put my posts on epicnpc. I'm a reputable seller with over 7000+ feedbacks on playerauctions, but i can't phone verify on epicnpc due to China restrictions. I would offer the poster 10-15% of the sales I would make coming from buyers from the posts on epicnpc. I have up to 30 games on different games. Example : If I sell a 1500$ account, I would give the poster 150-175% fee.) I rejected thinking maybe it’s a scam.Now I do not know the restrictions of China but I do know that player auctions get a bad rep here .Did not take long for the guy to unfriend and delete all messages.Just wondering whether is this a scam?The name is TITIN or nomixa12. Anyone with prior experience?Need a bit of help here

Yeah, this guy also messaged me the same thing, he insulted and blocked me after I called him out. Nice I link his profile as image, he said he got someone to post for him so watch out
