Need help with my premium purchase

Hi I purchased a premium upgrade for my account yesterday and got a Message from an admin saying i needed to resubmit verification details but since then the admin is not replying to me and it has been more than 24 hours i have no update on my upgrade or anything .
Please help me out

Well Admins typically handle stuff like that once a day and it is also the weekend so you may get one later today or tomorrow.
