Need help with making posts

So how do I post my offers here on the forums? When I scroll down in a thread it says You cannot make posts, you cannot this and that..

You can reply in any forum, however to create a thread in some forums we require an upgrade. Where are you trying to post?

Any service that requires the customer's login, you must upgrade to Verified, so you can't post threads in Leveling or Boosting forums without the upgrade.
