So I want to sell my account to someone threw Paypal but I have no idea how paypal works I have never used it befor.
The person who wants to buy my account says he is paypal verefied and will send the money first he says but I know people always get scammed with recalls but he says "he can do a open and close the dispute to protect my payment" I have no idea what this is or how I would know if he did it, I need help please
