Need help from an EpicNPC moderator (EpicNPC Middleman didnt secure account)

Hi, I bought an account a Fortnite account a few weeks ago and it seems that the original owner has somehow taken back the account.

The account email and password were changed but somehow the owner has changed them

Is there anything that can be done here?
