I hope this is the right forum for this problem - I tried opening a WTS thread in General Buy Sell Trading, I posted like 3 times and I can't see anything appearing on the forum, I can't even see a "waiting for confirmation" or something of that nature in my own profile. Is it suppose to take long (first post was more than an hour ago) or am I doing something wrong?

It's there now. For users who have less than 6 posts, each post/thread is put into our moderation queue. From there each post/thread is looked over and validated. We do this to prevent bots from spamming the site among other things. Sorry for the inconvenience.
