My gif avatar won't work :(

As you can see, my gif won't work as an avatar. It just displays as a picture instead of working the way it is supposed to.

I've uploaded it from a direct link and have even tried different sizes.

Can someone please help?

You need to make sure the file doesn't exceed the maximum limit. If it's bigger, vB automatically decreases the size causing the animation to disappear.

Edit: There ya go, fixed.
