It's one company who is just trying to get a LOT of business any way they can. They're probably hiring out independent contractors to spam and bring in leads.

Yea, all the "renting companies" websites I've seen all seem to be the same basic content with varying layouts. None of them are to be trusted, even the ones that speak decent English.
