I don't want to pay Neil, but unfortunately I may just have to pay for the UWC on my original account.
I just figured it would be mutually beneficial to buy someone's old account that doesn't play anymore and provide them an opportunity to recover some of the cash that they invested in the game.
I'm not sure about what is the best method to go about logging into a new account, but from my experience... they are definitely on top of that **** and monitoring.
I'll let you know how the rest of it shakes out.

Update, the seller "Gulraj Banes", has not responded to the transaction thread since Thursday last week. So, if you buy an account.. ensure that you have the ability to dispute the payment made to the seller to get your money back. It seems these guys sell high level accounts that are already permabanned, recycling older screenshots.
His seller account is "ABC1234566". I thought it was fairly safe, two year old account with a few successful trade guardian trades on record.
Just be careful man, scumbags be scumming.

I have home address, payment methods, last 4 digits of cards, images of his home, etc. In case he is running multiple accounts under various pseudonyms. He voluntarily offered this information to me. Just trying to spread awareness
