There is a language barrier with that game since its JP only game currently. Makes it very difficult for someone who does not speak the language to deal with any issues or verify contents. So theres a limited number of middleman that can handle that game.

Usually, how long it will take to get such a mm?

Unfortunately we don't have any MM that can read Japanese. If a game can be transferred through a web portal, then the MM can translate the pages in their browser. But if the MM has to access the game to conduct the transfer and there's only a JP version, they won't be able to read anything. If no one has claimed it by now, that means no one will be able to process it for you. Sorry.
