MM Fee Unpaid (Not updating)

Hello I started a transaction and paid the MM Fee service, the fee was already deducted in my paypal but the status of the MM fee still says "unpaid" it's been almost an hour now and we are still waiting for it to update.. thanks

The transaction was already cancelled the seller has another buyer, but the problem is that I already paid the service fee and now I just wanted a refund for the fee.. Thanks!

I cannot refund it, but what happens is its pending on sites side and is in review. takes 24 hours to clear if it goes into this pending status

But already did a midman service before and this never happens, anyway the transaction was cancelled I guess it will refund after it will be cleared I'll just update this thread after a day or two

The payment was held by Paypal for review, so we have not received it yet. This can take up to 24 hrs. Once they release the payment, we can then issue a refund.
