Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: It was about my LoL account, I decided to go first since he had good feedback, when I gave him my account info, he changed my password and email and logged off Skype.
Other details / notes: I did get my account back using LoL support. But I still think he should be banned from here.

After that he logged off and never seen him again. He refused to voice chat with me or share screens with me, which was risky doing the trade anyway but I thought I would try.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, I looked at his feedback, he was rated pretty good, I also did a negative feedback on him after it, and it some how got deleted.
