Middleman wait

Hello. We've been waiting for 30 minutes for a middleman in our trade guardian transaction and I wonder if posting here would help mods notice this issue? Thank you. I have paid the fee, if that helps.

I apologize. Normally transactions are claimed very quickly.

In this case maybe none of the MM online were available. It could also be due to the value of the transaction. Our MM work on commission and for low value items the commission is very low so MM are less likely to claim those transactions. We're making an update to the system in a few weeks to address this issue so this doesn't happen with low value transactions.
