middle man and buyer protection

hello, i have been waiting quite a while for a middle man now, does anybody know how long they take or if they work on a saturday. and also if i clicked the option to use a middleman if he scams me or takes the account back will i get an refund ?

Normally only a few minutes. If no one has claimed it within 24 hrs, I recommend cancelling. That usually means there's an issue with the game or something else that is causing MM not to claim it. Sorry.

Once cancelled the fee will go to your TG Wallet which you can reuse for a future TG transaction. Or you can click the TG Wallet to request a refund, this must be done within 30 days of cancellation.
